Attendees from Ukranian Institutions

In support of their ongoing hardship, attendees affiliated with Ukranian Institutions will be eligible for a reduced conference registration fee. Please indicate your interest in this possibility by ticking the indicated box during registration, where we will contact you with further information

“Subject to final budgetary constraints, we aim to provide complete registration fee waivers to a limited number of attendees affiliated with Ukranian Institutions. Cancellation / Refund Policy:

• Until 15.5. 2024 – 80% of the registration fee will be refunded.
• From 16.5. until 31.5.  2024– 50% of the fee will be refunded.
• From 1^st June 2024 no refund can be processed.
